ELS Productions has upgraded its printing press. This allows us to print the Eco-Packs on thicker stock. We now print the Ecos on 100 lbs. Glossy Coated Cover!

The ELS Productions Eco-Pack is a new solution to the CD and DVD packaging problem. The standard package that has been around for years just presents too many negative impacts. The cases are extremely fragile and get damaged very easily. They are made from plastic that adds to our landfills and takes years to degrade. Plastic is costly to manufacture and is oil based. They are bulky and cost more to ship and mail which consumes more energy in transportation costs.

All of these things are addressed in the new ELS Productions Eco-Pack. The Eco-Pack gets it's name from being ecologically friendly and economical. It is a win win situation for you and the environment. The Eco-Pack is printed on 100# Glossy Cover stock which gives it a nice feel. If you go with a 3 or 7 panel Eco-Pack, the tamperproof sleeve we use along with the paper is 100% recyclable (shown Below).

If you go with a 4 or 8 panel Eco_pack you get one additional panel of full color printing and the disc is secured by a tiny foam dot (shown Above).

Cardboard Sleeves

Cardboard Sleeves are another "green" packaging alternative that is also very cost effective. Theses sleeves look fantastic and are great for anything from a demo release to a full blown production. They are easy to mail and quite inexpensive when compared to jewel cases.

Our 2 panel cardboard sleeves are reminiscent of the old vinyl album covers. They come standard with a UV coating that protects them for years to come. Our standard sleeve is a 2 panel (front and back) in fuill color.

4 Panel and 6 Panel Cardboard Wallets4 Panel and 6 Panel Cardboard Wallets

We also offer cardboard wallets in both 4 and 6 panel designs. Either one of these designs can hold one or two discs. They are an excellent packaging choice for 2 disc projects. Digi-Pack

Digi-Packs are one of the most exciting disc packaging alternatives on the market today. While most companies won't do Digi-Packs for less than 1000 discs, at ELS  you can do as few as 50! The Digi-Pack is made from sturdy card stock and has a plastic tray to hold the CD and because of the way it is designed and constructed, the package has a very stiff and substantial feel. It is our most expensive packaging but it gives any product that "cool factor" that sets you apart from all the others. It is available in a 4 panel as pictured above, or 6panel & DVD style as shown below. Pick the one that suits your needs the best and you will not be disappointed.

As one of the first eco-friendly packages introduced, it is still considered a green packaging alternative. While not quite as eco-friendly as our own Eco-Pack, it is still a green choice when you want a more substantial package alternative. At ELS we give you three choices for green packaging!
